Qinhuangdao Asano Cement Co.,Ltd(QAC)is
a modern cement plant located in Qinhuangdao, a well - known summer-resort
of China. The plant, with a total investment of 190 million$ , is
a joint - venture project with six partners: Hebei provincial Construction
and Investment Co. ; Funing Cement Development Co.;Qinhuangdao Port
Authority ; Taiheiyo Cement Co.,Ltd.;Marubeni Corporation; and Marubeni
(China) Co..
Constructed on a 36 - hectare site, the new l.38- million - ton -
per - year (4, OOO tons of clinker per day) NSP plant has 500 employees
and features the most sophisticated dry - process production facilities
,incarporsting, imported key process equipment suitable with international
dedusting and reduced energy consumption levels. A five - stage new
suspension preheater ( NSP - DD process ) was adopted. all plant processes
are computer - controlled from a central contral room using a distributed
control system(DCS) to provide cement of uniformly high quality(ISO
- 9002) .Limestone are supplied from the 220 - hectare quarry. |
